Here is how it went...

Evyn found hereslf tied to a ceiling-lamp like that, after she accidentaly bumped into a pyramid of canned peaches while sneaking around looking for a pair of robbers. But it's okay, since Violett still was free and could save her.
Three minutes later, one of the crooks came in with Violett.
So what was there left to do now? Well, trying to make as much sound as possible and hoping that someone hears it?
That's when you open the door and sees this. Looks like someone heard them afterall. But now you've got another problem: What are they saying? Are they trying to tell you that they know where the bandits hid their loot? That they're incredibly surprised that someone heard them? Or that one of the badguys are standing right behind you?!
...
Just in case, don't look behind you...
