No seriuosly, I've had freetime gallore, which I've spent playing Sly 3. And I've finally met up with Penelope herself. So I did a few other pics just because I can! Hah-HA!
At first, I was gonna have carmelita tying the ball-gag around Penelope, saying something like "You're going straight to Juvenile Prison, kiddo!" but it didn't feel right. First of all: the gag and her tied feet. That's a little excessive from a cop. Carmelita would've only used handcuffs. Second, the whole "Juvie"-thing; I don't think Carmelita's that cynical about crime. Or wait a minute, isn't she...?
Anyway, enjoy however you prefer.
