This is a character by the ever so talented 
who was kind enough to let me draw her ^^ (not to mention posting it here)
Her name be Sheila, and she's a princess.
She's also a sort of dragon (with a bit of sea serpent from her mothers side, I think).
All in all, I like her alot. Her design has a tiny bit of a "Akira Toriyama"-style in it, while at the same time being unique in itself.
Also, no mature tag since she's like 20 or something. said so himself.
