Firan and Gree - Complicated Escape

You all know about "Escape Rooms", right? When a team of people are locked inside a room and have to work together to solve puzzles and get themselves out within a certain period of time. It's a fun activity that many people love. However, some people think regular Escape Rooms are just too simple and boring, and seek more of a challenge, something much more difficult. This is what made Firan sign herself and Gree up for what was advertised as an "Extreme Escape Room".
The only problem is that they apparently weren't expecting it to be THIS extreme.
"I told you, you can keep the money" Firan shouted as the coils of incredibly sturdy rope tightened around her. "We changed our minds!"
"No can do" said the gentleman with the incredibly wide smile. "Our policy at Xtreem In-X-Capable is no refunds, full experience only. We are so extreme that as long as you signed the papers, you can't even back out until you've taken part of the event!"
"Is all this really necessary?!"
"Yup! The premise of our Escape Rooms is highest possible difficulty, even from the very beginning. You'll start completely tied up and helpless, and have to work your way to a point where you can actually solve the other puzzles! The lack of clothing is to ensure that you do not sneak any helpful items in. We dislike cheating."
"Firan, did you really read the papers before signing?!"
"Yes! I mean, like, kinda! I skimmed through some parts, it just looked like standard stuff! You know, like those Terms of Agreement-things online! You never read those, you just click that you did and go on! I never thought they'd be THIS hardcore!"
"Well you did sign it, and thanks to our legal department it also means you agreed to the Punishment."
"Punishment?!"
"Yes. You see, some people complain that some Escape Rooms just don't offer the proper sense of danger that they desire from such a scenario. Therefore, in the spirit of being the most hardcore and unforgiving of Extreme Escape Rooms, we have instituted the so called 'Punishment', to make things more interesting. Basically, it means that should you not complete the event and get out within the four hour time-limit, we have complete legal right to take any amount of cash out of your bank accounts!"
"You can't do that!"
"Again: Your names on a legal document equals well within the law, according to our lawyers. Think of it as a form of motivation."
"Firan, why didn't you read the document?!"
"READING IS FOR NERDS! Whatever, just hurry up so we can get this shit over with! If we work together we'll bust this lame-ass room in record time!"
"That's the spirit! Now then, which one of you will go in The Box?"
"The Box?"
"Yes! As part of our 'Two Player Scenario', the very first puzzle consists of one of the players getting locked inside a box, with air-holes of course, and it's up to the other player to get them out. By the way, all the other puzzles require two players to solve."
"YOU MOTHER-FMMMHMMMGH!!!"
"I think we have a volunteer, people! Prepare the box! Set the timer to four hours! Now then, you two... welcome to the most Extreme Escape Room you've ever seen.

You know who's a cool guy?
He's a great artist and animator, and he's got a great sense of humor (just check out his comics/animations), not to mention a bunch of awesome characters. You peeps have probably seen his character Narif in this gallery before, but this time we're joined by two other characters of his. Here we have Firan andr Gree, who once again seem to have gotten themselves in quite a pickle. Like, the pickliest of pickles. How will this ever work out? Will they solve this hardcore escape room in time, or will the nefarious oganizers rob them of every penny?
Alternatively, how long will it take until Firan remembers she's actually super strong?
